I have upgraded my tv package online and i had confirmation it should have happened on 21st nov but it hasn’t happened. Do I need to reset my box or should it happen automatically?
Regrades take effect immediately if done over the phone, however if you upgrade online it usually takes around 48 hours.
There's currently a backlog of upgrades being actioned as they need to be manually updated.
You could try and force the box to update over the coming days,
Using your remote control press HOME then
Help & Settings > Help > Virgin TV > go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK > Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list
