Tv, landline and broadband contract ending May 9th

My contract is ending soon and I have been trying to speak to someone about negotiating a better deal. I have tried online and waited hours with no reply. I have tried 150, waited ages and got cut off. I have even emailed the executive team 3 times...no response.
I realise that it may take them longer to respond at the moment but how is it fair that they tell you you're going to pay a load more and give you no channel to discuss.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues re-negotiating your contract, unfortunately this isn't something that we are able to do from here, you would need to give the retentions team another call.
