I'm trying to register for an online account but after numerous attempt and password changes the page refuses to accept any password I attempt to use without any explanation as to why not accepted. I have also tried to use two different email addresses but no luck. We have tried to call the help desk but need a password to be sent to the right location. We are trying to find out when our installations going to be rescheduled since there was a failed attempt last week bc the outside cables had not been set up correctly.
Support with both problems would be greatly appreciated.
