Trying to set up online account for new broadband account but won’t accept password

I'm trying to register for an online account but after numerous attempt and password changes the page refuses to accept any password I attempt to use without any explanation as to why not accepted.   I have also tried to use two different email addresses but no luck.  We have tried to call the help desk but need a password to be sent to the right location.  We are trying to find out when our installations going to be rescheduled since there was a failed attempt last week bc the outside cables had not been set up correctly.  

Support with both problems would be greatly appreciated.

HI Salieberuk, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you have not been able to sign up for an online account, there are occasions where this cannot be done until the service is installed. Have you been able to confirm the install date or do you still need assistance with this? Chris
