Trying to open a account

My wife Paula had an account, which she cancelled in November 2023, it was out of contract, she can still log into the account and it says she has left Virgin Media and have 90 days to retrieve any information she needs,

I myself Michael opened a new account on 1st December 2023, but I have tied numerous times to register a new account with my new account number and a new email address but it just comes back saying we have found you and showing the old account and email address, any help would be appreciated thanks.
