I am desperately trying to make contact with Virgin re my impending house move. I spent 2 hours on the chat waiting for a rep to become available. I am currently on hold on the phone - 40 minutes and counting. How can I let them know I am moving.
I appreciate we are in a pandemic however they must have been able to put more robust measures into place by now.
If anyone else is suffering or has suffered can they let me know how they managed to find a solution.
