Don't know password, old email address set up but don't have access to it anymore. They need a new remote control. But when rang 150 it says to do it online.

If you're not able to pass account security then the team would not be able to discuss the account with you.
If them or yourself know how to access their online account, then you can order online here if needed.

I managed to get hold of someone on 150 from their landline. We have sorted it out for now but it won't let me change the email on the account settings page as it wants to verify it is me by sending a code to old email they no longer have access to.

We would need to speak with the account holder in order to update any email addresses.
We'd advise they call us on 150/ 0345 454 1111 option for media then option 2, option 5.
