Trying to change package but problem in web page.

Joining in

I am logging in to my account and clicking find out more in "Change my package" part in the "my package" page.
But I am getting "  opps looks like something gone wrong" everytime.

Will I ever be able to change my package or should I cancel my virgin media completely and rejoin after 90 days?

Sorry to see you are having this issue, have you tried clearing your cookies and cache or trying on a different device to check if this works then? 

If not you are able to go about discussing changing your package with our team via the phone here 0345 454 1111 (or 150 from a Virgin Media landline).
