Hello, I have been trying to get hold of someone from Virgin Media customer support as I need to cancel our package as we will no longer be in our flat from the 19th April, and we won't be taking Virgin Media with us. I have been trying to get through to someone to speak to as I can't find anywhere online about cancelling online? And now I received an email about my next bill and it has now increased but I have been trying for the last 2 weeks to get hold of someone to cancel without the price increasing as well. What is the best thing that I can do here? Or is there somewhere online that I can cancel?
