Trying to cancel my contract.

Hi, same problem , I' ve been in the phone for ours , they treat me very bad, asked me the same questions a million of times, and they asked me why do you want to leave ?  Very bad service. When you take our money no problem, you want to cancel account nothing but problems. Very , very bad service
