Trying to Return Equipment

Hi,

I am trying to return my virgin router, I have finally received the packaging and virgin arranged for this to be picked up from my new address on the 7th of April however nobody showed up to collect this. I have tried to get through on the online chat unsuccessfully after going round in circles and don't have time to sit on hold. How can this be resolved? Am I able to just post the package or do I need to arrange another collection?

Hi Emma,

You may receive another text arranging a pick up, however it's perfectly ok to return it via a local store collection point.

It wouldn't surprise me if the engineer went to your old address.

If the returns packaging you have has the prepaid returns label you can use that to send the equipment back.

You can also request another returns package which includes a pre paid label via <<< this page >>>
