Trouble signing in to my virgin

The other day I could not retrieve my emails. I was asked for my sign in details. When I tried signing in, was told wrong password! anyway I clicked on Forgot password and went through the different options. I had forgot my favourite band. So was asked to my last bill details. Which I did, but it keeps on saying enter correct billing. Which I am.
