Trouble canceling my Broadband service

Hi,

I tried to call the cancellation number twice but it just hung up after an hour waiting.

I contacted by "Message us" but no one answers me after 4-5 hours waiting.

I have already moved out the property I don't want to be charged another month. Is there any way to cancel my service?

There's an address in your contract to which you can write cancelling, I'd use recorded delivery.
