Complained that virgin won't let me cancel after phone calls got me no. Now I'm lying!!! Can anyone please help with how to cancel an out of contract unused broadband. Obviously virgin just want to keep taking my money but there must be some way to cancel
Don't forget to submit as subject access request for all correspondence with VM including calls, its free and they have limited time to provide it or breach privacy regulations, even if they try and use CV19 as an excuse.
