Tried cancel my deceased fathers service. Shocking process.

Virgin has the worst customer service. My whole family have all moved away from them due to this. NOW is the way to go no contract switch on and off so easily.

I'm not sure where you are with the cancellation but this is the relevant Help page.

You could also update Ofcom on your experience.

Thanks for posting about this on our Community Forums, I am truly sorry to hear about the loss of your Father and that you've had little to no help with his account cancellation. 

Can we ask what happened when you tried to get his account closed down?
