I am a student about to move out of my current tenancy. How would I go about transferring my broadband contract to our landlord?
Unfortunately VM no longer accept Transfer of Ownership requests unless either of the provisions below apply:
Account holder is receiving palliative/end of life care Account holder has been moved into a nursing/care home to receive round the clock care

Thank you for making your first post regarding transferring your broadband contract over to your landlord.
Unfortunately, as @newapollo mentioned, we no longer accept Transfer of Ownership requests unless they are due to the following reasons:
- If the account holder is receiving end of life care
- If the account holder has been moved to a care home
Is there a reason you wanted to transfer the broadband contract to your landlord? Do you not wish to cancel your services instead if you are moving out?
