My father has recently passed away and I would like to transfer his account to my name - however I would only like to keep the broadband as I won't be able to afford his current package until I return to work which may not be for several months
How would I go about doing this please?

Everything's been sorted out now - the experience was very easy and I'd like to pass on my thanks to Tim at the bereavement team for all of his help
