Transfering contract ownership

Hi everyone.

I recently started working for vm as a tech. My virgin contract for bb and tv is in my gf name i filled in the correct application form with pictures of id and sent them back. To the correct email address. This was on yhe 19th of may. I have received no correspondence or confirmation email from vm regarding this. Am eager to resolve this quickly as our deal ran out on the 24th and am wanting to activate my my rates discount. I know it says 6-10 working days. But have not received any correspondence and the fact am being charged 20 pounds to do this.. i was expecting 2-3 days..... any advice ???

This isnt a staff account yet it hasnt been transfered over yet that is my problem

Have you completed the transfer of responsibility form? This can take 4-6 weeks and myrates deal with this you will need to email them directly.

Completed form on 19th with id proof. Was told on phone 10 days then been told on phone today 20 days. Now your saying 4-6 weeks lol. Can i get another deal to last me a month till it comes through ours has just run out and i dont wanna pay full wack. I know my rates takes another 3-4 yo come through too

my rates cant do anything till you guys transfer the account as the account is not in a virgin media employees name. As stated in the terms of my rates
