Transfer of responsibility

Been trying since last October to transfer the account.  Was promised a phone call one week ago for today to get it all sorted out once and for all.  Guess what? No call!!!!!!!!!!! I have never known such bad customer service in all my life.

Have you filled out the transfer of responsibility form? This can take a while were you given an eta?
