Transfer of responsibility

Put the form and relavant proof of id in on the 19th of may we are now 41days in and still hasnt been changed over.

 

Whats going on?????

Yes was completed 47 days after i sent the form in.

Was told they would waver the 20 pound fee for transfering contract. But ive been charged can u take this off please? Live chats useless waiting 2hrs. Thanks
