We’ve just transferred to Virgin media and when we completed the online application we included our home phone number and our postcode. We have now received this message “Hello, it s Virgin Media here. To help us transfer your number to Virgin Media, we need your current postcode, your old one (if you ve moved), and the number to be transferred. Just give us a call on 03456500101” We have tried to call several times and been on hold for up to half an hour! But we can’t get through. What do we do? Thanks.
