Took the black Friday deal.

I took the black Friday deal being an existing customer and received my contract through to my email. 

I called up yesterday to be told there is no record of this contract and they offered me another one with being told to wait 7 days and I will get the discount added to my monthly bill to take it to the black Friday deal. This new contract doesn't state anything about the promotion and I am not taking the word of an employee unless I have it in writing. (Previous bill had promotion applied to contract, last years contract).

I am now extremely upset that I have read many posts that this is happening to a lot who done the upgrade/renewal online. 

I want my black Friday deal from my first contract.

There have been a lot of these 'deal is not available' topics on here recently. You should read through the ASA code on misleading advertising and the section on availability 3.27 to 3.32

If VM fails to resolve you should log a complaint with ASA
