Hi.
I applied for a Black Friday discounted TV package upgrade through the VM app.
I received the order confirmation email and was happy to wait the 7-10 days. Have now spoken to VM, as it has been 10 days, was told the order had not gone through and that I am no longer able to get the deal.
I bought a product, why is it not being supplied??

There have been a lot of these 'deal is not available' topics on here recently. You should read through the ASA code on misleading advertising and the section on availability 3.27 to 3.32

item 3.30 seems to fit the recent pattern of topics reported on here
If VM fails to resolve you should log a complaint with ASA

I am so sorry that you have not yet had the deal applied, to clarify it can take 14 days for this to be applied.
Are you able to let us know if this has not been added after this time and we will be more than happy to chase this?

Good evening.
I spoke to VM over the phone earlier today and was informed that the order hadn’t even been processed, even though I have order confirmation. Hence my need to post on here.

I understand with the Black Friday offers was this by email? As mentioned it should take the 10 working days and just to confirm it has been over this time limit?
What deal was it, an upgrade in speed for example?

Yes, it has gone past 10 days, I applied on the 24/11/23.
I applied for the offer through the VM App.
the offer chosen was 50% off upgrading my TV package from MIXIT TV to Mega TV.

After doing some research into this Black Friday offers will be processed 14 days after to order was confirmed.
You did received a CIS/CSS Document to confirm everything was okay for you? Cheers

I received an Order Confirmation with an Order Reference but no new CSS/CIS yet.

As stated it can take 14 days for the order to process but if after this time it is still not shown please do let us know and we will be happy to advise further.

Good morning.
It has now been 14 days, and I have received a new eContract with regards to changes made, but no changes have been made. The new Contract still states MIXIT TV, not Mega TV.
