Too long to get a subscription

Why does it take 7 days to get Sky Sports HD on my Stream box? Do Virgin Media write to Sky Sports to ask fo permission to use Sky Sports?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with Sky Sports HD being added to your Stream box, it should not take that long to have the services added to any of our TV boxes, I can see that you have spoken to the team this evening and this has now been added.

Still no change, both My Virgin Media and the Stream box say Pending: Adding soon.
