Too busy to answer phone but still can't cancel online
I contacted VM three weeks ago as I was going to move service. I was offered a new contract and promised a text to confirm and all I had to do was reply to the text. No text has arrived so I wonder why I should stay.
Are VM avoiding answering the phone to people who now want to leave (Sky Sports not worth having at the moment)? If there is so much pressure on the phones why not let people cancel online?
Only option left is to write to VM by recorded delivery at the registered address terminating the contract.
