Who won’t sort my contract continuously over charging me. Sort it out one month next month overcharged had enough of customer service and collections departments putting phone down on me. Enough is enough 

and if you think I am paying the over charge on my bill and a cancellation charge you can think again.

If another incorrect charge happens then instruct your bank to immediately refund the DD payment under the DD Guarantee https://www.directdebit.co.uk/direct-debit-explained/how-to-claim/
