I agreed a new contract by phone on Friday Nov 13th, was assured everything would be confirmed and expected email confirmation fairly quickly. I have received nothing so far.
Have just looked at my contract details on my Bills page and my present contract which expires on December 12th still shows.
Can someone tell me if I have a new contract or has the Customer Service person I spoke to not dealt with it?
