TiVo Upgrade to V6

I have recently taken the ultimate oomph package. I have two V6 boxes and an old 500Gb TiVo. It’s performance is so poor compared to the V6 and less apps available etc. As I pay for a third box for this package, can the TiVo be upgraded to a V6?

Hi eddie47, thanks for the message, yes you would be able to upgrade the TiVo box and there would be an activation fee attached to this. If the box is faulty and cannot be repaired we would swap this out for you. Chris

Hi Chris_W1, thanks for your reply. The TiVo isn’t currently faulty as such just performing very poorly compared to our V6 boxes. I only upgraded to the ultimate package recently. Could you advise on the activation fee. Thanks.

Hi,

I have received my new V6. After powering on and connecting to the virgin media service I can access all my channels but no on demand or apps. Going into system info the V6 account status is 22: staging not in good standing. I assume this is why I don’t have any access to OD and apps.

Is the new V6 definitely connected to the internet?

Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network.

Check in the top-right.

Yes, definitely got internet connection. When I try and access the other two V6's in my home I get a pop up stating that the devices are not on the same account. So need someone from VM to take a look.
