The refund Cheque process at VM is disgusting why

  I just rang the customer services team to chase a cheque  after 30 mints holding and transfer to payment team and keep hanging up phone why?

 

i have to record video and will post on social media to expose dirty service its just because left virgin media?

i want virgin media to issue my refund cheque

iam trying to contact them and after talking to customer service they transfer to billing department so they can issue new cheque but as soon i explain them they keep putting down phone more then 3 times so now i have to record video to send OF COM

how long ago did you leave. it takes 45 days to get the cheque

 here is email when i left more then 45 days i know this

No problem. I will book the disconnection on 09/10/2019.

Thanks. I can see that there's normal bill of roughly 40.50 to be due on 04/10/2019 thereafter you have refund of roughly 33.75 due to the advance payment you made with us.
