I'm a preacher of the fact you guys are busier than usual right now, and the limited number of agents available at the ends of phones, however for a couple of weeks now I've been trying to reach someone to help reverse my contract changes within the 14 day cooling off period.
Today I got a glimmer of hope when receiving messages from the text service in reply to my reach out yesterday, after running through endless ammount of security questions (some that didn't relate to my account) I'm finally asked how I can be helped, and when I breifly describe my request I get a message back saying they will call me......

I'm still waiting ??
