The Never-Ending Contract Story

Hello all,

In October I cancelled my contract (phone only), sent back the equipment and received confirmation this was received. Also received the "sorry to see you go" email.  I then left the UK.  Now I'm abroad, no way to call back to the UK other than £2.50 a minute (yup thanks O2), with a contract that keep running when it shouldn't and no easy way to contact Virgin Media to sort this out...

 

Anyone have any thoughts please?

Sorry to hear of the issues that you've been having with your phone and contract CraJam.

 

To look into this further we would need to look into your account via a private message and we can then see when your contract expired and why it is still open.
