That's the TV, BB & Landline cancelled...

Finally!!!!

Although took me 10 minutes saying no thank you, just cancel me to numerous different offers, then being told they'd be an early cancellation fee, which I corrected as just had an email stating the price rise and you can leave without penalty, I'm finally free in 30 days time.

 

Now I just need to get these mobile accounts cancelled, which is proving soooooooo difficult.

 

I will miss my 350meg internet speed, but I won't miss the diabolical call centre staff.

Sorry to hear that you've decided to leave us and that our customer service has not been to a high enough standard.

 

Have you managed to speak with our team to cancel the mobile phone contracts also?

Prepare yourself for even longer cancelling mobile, I was on the phone over 20 minutes when I cancelled mine in May.
