Hi I upgraded my package last week, and was told I needed to have an engineer visit and an installation fee!! Tried to argue I didn't need an engineer but was told one was coming on 4 February.  Then on 29 January I got a text from the number above saying the engineer won't be coming and equipment is being sent for self install, which is what I wanted initially.  

Is this a real virgin number, as I have heard nothing else about cancellation of the appointment or delivery details?  

I can't get answers from the website, there is no web live chat option, and I can't keep waiting for hours waiting for the call centre

I just need to know if the number/text/message is legitimate

I've checked the systems and can see everything has been installed. I do hope therefore everything has been resolved for you.
