Terrible service, unable to contact, want to cancel

I am looking to cancel my contract with virgin but for the life of me cannot get any human contact, my bill has increased (almost double) whilst my service has been completely lost. Throughout this pandemic we're required to work from home? I am now facing an 80/pm bill on top of losing money due to not being able to work from home because of the absolutely abysmal service virgin are attempting to charge £80 per month for..please somebody help me with a number or a human who can do this for me before I explode 🤬🥵

I'm very sorry that you've been having some issues with the service and want to leave us, we'd be sad to see you go. 

I'm afraid we're unable to cancel accounts from here but this can be done on 150 / 0345 454 1111. The team can get very busy so I'd advise calling as early as possible. 

If you do wish to discuss the issues you're having with the service then we can have a closer look at any faults or problems.
