Terrible customer service

I have had the worst 24 hours with virgin customer services ever, i get a call from sales to save me money, ok, i get broadband upgrade for £5 per month, i said ok as long as i get hub4 with it, he said, call customer services they will give you one, 2 hours later cut off!

Call this morning spoke with 4 people just passed around, then cut off, i want to cancel my upgrade if no hub4, i have emailed but i can't face calling them again, i will never accept a virgin call again!

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to found it difficult to speak to us in regards to receiving a HUB 4.0 after a upgrade, we currently aren't able to upgrade you to a HUB 4.0 unless you are on our 1 GB connection.

 

I have had a look our end and located your account and can advise our 1 GB services isn't currently available, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
