This has to be the worst company for trying to terminate a contract. I have held on endlessly to speak with someone and given up. I found a "support" mobile phone number (text only) which I had a number of hopeless conversations with chatbots and humans - all of which led to a dead end. I informed them 5 times of my month's notice, wrote to their main Sunderland office to complain, saying how hard is was to get Virgin to LISTEN. They have a one way street for comms, and are now bombarding me with texts, phone calls and emails about an increasing outstanding bill for a contract I attempted to end in January. Now they are threatening my credit will be affected in true bully boy fashion.
I am now taking a lawyer's advice. How on earth can you deal with a company that is virtually completely closed to conversation with its customers?
