I was supposed to have my telephone reconnected today as they found a fault on the line. This has taken weeks to sort out. They arrived (I presume, as they were in a big white van), sat for about 15 mins, got out and looked over the garden wall and then got in their van and drove off. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but surely they should at least speak to you to let you know what they plan to do? So no i am none the wiser. My husband has booked the day off (this being the second one, they didn't arrive 2weeks ago due to the snow but never sent an apology) and wasted a day waiting for them. Rather incompetent of VM and shoddy customer service.
Can anyone resonate with this situation or offer some advice?
