Talking to a Virgin operative

I want to be able to talk to a Virgin operative. I want to know what the extra package is that has been added to my account this month. There is no information about it on the bill. I've tried every way I can think of to get to talk to someone but whichever number I use I go round in circles. Please will someone call me.

Sorry to hear of your package concerns. Do you have or have been informed of your home phone switchover? If so, this would show as a package change on the service, but will have no affect on your package price or billing.

Yes I have been informed of the home phone switchover.

But there is a package change charge of £8.40 on my latest bill.

Ah okay. Did you have any communication that you would be affected by a price rise at all as this would affect your billing?

If your billing cycle falls in between/during the start of the month your might find that your most recent bill has prorates from the price increase in May.

Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner. If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
