Hi
My current package includes Talk More Anytime (Inclusive any-time-of-the-day calls to UK landlines, UK mobiles, plus calls to 0870/0845 numbers).
Can you please tell me why my most recent bills include additional call charges for my landline, as I'd expect them to be included in the Talk More Anytime? Is there a time limit (as 2 of the calls are in excess of 60 minutes?)

You answered it yourself. Talk More Anytime, in fact all of VMs call plans have inclusive calls of a maximum duration of 60 minutes. Before this limit you must hang up & redial to avoid charges.

There can also be charges for certain mobile numbers (deemed 'wi-fi mobile' numbers) which have also caught people out with unexpected charges on past topics.

thanks for the clarification - I'll tell the missus to either close call before 1hr and redial or move it to Whatapp...
