Taking a new offer from VM

Hello,

This month my broadband pack was upgraded from £36 to £47. I want to negotiate this new price with customer services and ask for a new offer. I have been with VM since 2019. The customer assistant said to me I couldn't do anything about the new price. Also, she keep our conversation very short. I was waiting this conversation on the phone line nearly 40 minutes for nothing. Anyway I want to leave VM because I couldn't afford this cost.

I hope authority read this post and help me ending my contract.
