Long story short, my account was set up incorrectly, my account number was the same as my partners old disconnected account except the last digit was different.
When I'd log in to my virgin app with my acc number it was taking me through to a ghost account with my partners account number but with my name, anyway that's been sorted out now, the problem I have was while this ghost account was in place no direct debits were collected from my bank account, I had to make a 2 month payment over the phone, now the account has been fixed a direct debit has now gone out for the 2 month amount I paid over the phone, was paid 15th May on phone and debit went out around 8th June for same bill.
Anyone know if I will get this credited to my virgin account, credited back to my bank or a cheque
