TV package.

I cant get through to Virgin. My tv contract that I have is about to run out! How can i downgrade my package please. Its £30 i cant afford!! Thanks in advance.

You can downgrade or upgrade your packages by signing into your account online. Here you can manage all aspects of your account without the need of speaking to an agent.
