TV box not delivered how to cancel it anyway

Hi I have a new contract for phone broadband and TV. Due to Covid-19 emergency I was not delivered the TV box and now want to cancel that part of the bundle. I'm still within 14 days of the contract can you please advise how to cancel just the TV part - no joy on messaging service so far (no reply)

We’re currently directing customers to our messaging service for anything we can’t do on the community.

 

The number is 07533 051809 – customers just need to text the number with their problem and somebody will message them back asap.
