TV Fault

I'm constantly reviewing days and times to resolve the ongoing issue regarding my virgin tv box ..im very disappointed this issue seems to be going on for too long ...i would suggest that as a loyal customer that my outstanding balance be somewhat reduced as i find no logical reason to pay for an issue that of no fault of myself ???

... and yet you do not actually say what your issue is or what action you have taken with Virgin Media to correct your fault?
