had a recoredd phone call about 10ish saying my internet was going off contact my provider, had to nip out just logged on to status page on my account it says
``oops something is wrong contact us and stay on this page ``
tv internet seems ok at the moment
I thought this was a big scam but it seems there having issues

Can you confirm if you're experiencing any broadband or TV issues since your post? Can you also confirm if you have it the number you were contacted from please?
i don`t know the number who contacted me ,my tv and bb are ok at the the moment
Can you do 1471 on the landline to check the number?
