Suspending Service to our property

We have had a house fire on monday last week, and will be unable to live at home for an extended period.  We will be moving to a new property in about 2 to 3 weeks, but at the moment I cannot find any numbers to contact virgin and inform them of the issue at our home address.  Can anybody on here tell me how I can get in touch with Virgin to suspend the account until we can return, or move it to a new property once we locate it?

All of the help, contact and message us links are not working on the main virgin site.

VM do not have a way of suspending the account.

You'll need to call in (best early morning when they first open) to arrange the account to be moved when you get a new place or cancel the account

I am really sorry to hear about your home. whilst we are not able to suspend accounts, we would be able to move the account to a new property?
