We have had a house fire on monday last week, and will be unable to live at home for an extended period. We will be moving to a new property in about 2 to 3 weeks, but at the moment I cannot find any numbers to contact virgin and inform them of the issue at our home address. Can anybody on here tell me how I can get in touch with Virgin to suspend the account until we can return, or move it to a new property once we locate it?
