Paid bill to get suspended off it’s been over 16 hours and still not back on! Done a hard reset tried it all and still not back on so much for 3-12 hours for services to restore gotta say ain’t impressed with virgin at all connection is crap unless ur sitting on the router ps I don’t like in a mansion and u have to re connect every time u walk back in the house! I just want it to come back on there quick at taking the payments but slow giving u the internet back!
