I called Virgin Media customer services yesterday, as I recently got married and needed to change my surname on my account. The person I spoke to told me that she would email me a form which I "should receive within an hour" of finishing the phone call, to complete and return with a digital copy of my marriage certificate. But the form never arrived. Can I locate this form on the website somewhere? Or is there an email address I could send the scan to, with my account info? I'm really not keen to spend another 25 mins on hold, just to initiate this process all over again.
