Submitting Evidence

Hi there,

We recently moved providers to join Virgin and as a result of a few hiccoughs we were advised to get the bills covering the period in question and submit them using the webchat function. However, I can't find the webchat function and wondered if you could help?

You can find the online chat messenger at the bottom of the page using this link contactus/accounts-and-billing 

Click on the red icon "Message Us"   It's not manned 24/7 as phone calls take priority, and works best using  a laptop or pc rather than mobile or tablet.
