Hi,
Every time I try to login to My virgin media account I am greeted by a constant loading screen and I'm unable to access anything on my account.
I have tried multiple devices, multiple browsers, clearing cache and cookies and it still all yields the same results. I believe this is a wider spread issue as I've seen multiple threads recently raised by other customers who are seeing exactly the same thing, some examples:

I have been experiencing this now for almost a week, I would like to access the account to turn off the Web Safe parental control settings but I'm unable to as the only thing i can successfully login to is the virgin media application, of which does not have functionality

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the loading screen.
We are aware of an issue with new installations for a few customers and aim to have this fixed soon.
I'd like to take a look into this for you though and turn websafe off from our side.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
