Stuck in an endless loop to reset password

This has been an ongoing issue  which i see many others have posted about - I am unable to reset my password and have been going through this process on different browsers, devices and on/off incognito. Every single time I get to the last step it throws me back to the first step. All I want to do is access my account

Please could you confirm what platform this is for? Is this your My Virgin Media Account or TV Go?

Hi @RooLDN,

 

Thanks for confirming. There is currently an issue that we are experiencing with the log-in for My Virgin Media Accounts that we are working to resolve.

There's a ticket raised to fix this and I'll post back once I have any updates.
